Freezing when connecting to our server


This could be because the connection is timing out (because you have a slow internet connection), or there is anti-virus software or firewall blocking the outward connection.

StatementReader requires an internet connection to check for updates and validate licensing; data processed from bank statements will not leave your machine without warning you first.
