How do I remove or include the excluded transactions from the balance and turnover figures in Excel?

The user can decide to ignore the transactions identified on the ‘Excluded’ tab by changing the named value ‘ExclusionFlag_1_0’ within Excel (Formulas -> Name manager); this accepts 0 or 1 (0 to ignore, 1 to add back excluded payments and deduct excluded receipts).
