How do I add a new bank layout to StatementReader?
There are two ways to get the correct StatementReader template for your bank statements; either create your own using the built in tool, there are some instructions below (or here) or alternatively if you upload (from the File menu)/email us a sample, we will create the template for you and send this to you within 24 hours (usually sooner).
Simply click File->New bank layout to select the PDF or TIF document that contains the bank statements that you would like to analyse.
Next, position the columns and enter the column headings into the grid provided.
Finally select File->Save bank layout to finish the process. You will now see your new bank layout appear under 'My banks'.
