Advanced Options - Recommendations

We have introduced some new advanced options .  Here are our recommendations, with some explanations for you to do what you see best:

General - 

Processing options - Untick Auto run detect and repair errors after job completion - ticking this option means some safe corrections may be made though I prefer to run each stage separately (eg. Click Go -> right click and run 'detect and repair errors' -> see the repair summary and then revert to the original exported data if needed by right clicking again to select, 'export data to Excel')

Processing options - Tick Display accuracy report after detect and repair (File mode) - this shows the user what has changed as a summary (eg amount and date errors)

Credit control - Tick Automatically use available credit for jobs - this will remove the need for you to accept using credit for a job each time you click 'Go'

Engine - 

Select MuPDF

Select External OCR

Tick symbol_denoise override - this will leave words with many weird characters in the Excel output.  Our OCR is very reliable now so a genuine word with symbols is more common than misreading lots of characters 

Corrections - 

Tick Assume the pages are in order - This changes the default options ticked when running 'detect and repair errors'

Tick Assume files are in order - Same as above, applies to merged jobs only
