Can we have a demo?

Yes, you can click ‘book a demo’ to choose a convenient time for a remote demo via WebEx.

Is my data encrypted?

All bank statements are extracted locally on your machine for the highest security. When documents are transmitted to our server for either OCR, or when you request support, the documents are encrypted. We also have an offline version available, would this be better for you? If so, get in touch.

Is there a Mac version?

No, not currently, though we do have an API in beta, which can be useful for processing larger volumes (100k+ pages per year)

How is StatementReader priced?

Typically our clients purchase batches of pages, the larger the batch, the smaller the cost per page. Batch pricing can be seen on our website www.statementreader.com/pricing. An unlimited page annual licence is also available; please email us the expected volumes (per month) and we can discuss this.

Will StatementReader run on virtual machines?

Yes, we have clients running StatementReader on virtual machines or thin clients, please email us with details of your setup and we will confirm the version of StatementReader that will be best for you.

Do you have a fully offline version available?

Can we have an NDA in place before we share bank statements?

Yes, if you have an NDA template available please email this to us, alternatively we have an NDA template we can use.

Can you make a template for me?

Yes, we love to make new templates for our users, please send us a sample of your document, either using the upload option from the ‘File’ menu within StatementReader, or by email. We will send the Excel output and the template you need back to you within 24 hours, is this fast enough for you?

Can we meet?

Yes, we have a presence in London and Manchester, but are happy to travel. Contact us with your address and we will send some times that we can visit your office. Alternatively you can click ‘book a demo’ to choose a convenient time for a call.
