Some of the debit or credit amounts are missing in the extracted data
If you are running the job with ‘searchable PDF’ selected, first check whether the PDF document contains the numbers that you are missing as searchable text. To test this, open the PDF document and click to select the text (or press CTRL+A to select all text).
If the text you are missing is not selectable, then you may either use a tool that creates a searchable PDF to ensure that all areas of text are included. Alternatively, you may run the file without selecting 'searchable PDF'. If the PDF document is of a good quality, StatementReader's internal OCR engine may produce better results.
