Some pages and transactions are missing
StatementReader uses templates to ensure that the scanned documents are interpreted correctly. These contain information such as, where the columns are located and the date format. The most popular bank layouts are available once you install StatementReader.
If you have statements from a bank that is not already listed, or the indentation of your statements is significantly different to the image shown in StatementReader, you will get better results if you use the File -> New bank layout option to create your own layout to ensure that the layout of your document is interpreted correctly. The process of creating your own bank layout takes about a minute - instructions are provided within the application, with further illustrated tutorials available here.
