Processing bank transactions with StatementReader

Here are some general tips for using the StatementReader application to extract transactions from bank statements:

- Select the matching template (not just closest)

- 'Extract all lines' if obscured/no column headers

- 'Parse PDF' if you can select the text in PDF

- Auto correct dates/amounts – are pages in order?

- Right-click job in StatementReader grid

- Analyse keywords/round amounts

- Click Options → Analysis options
